A Global Take on Technology and People

In order to provide world-class technology solutions, Productive Edge maintains a global presence with offices throughout the US in Chicago, Boston, and New York, as well as international offices in Minsk, Belarus, and Odesa, Ukraine. Having our ear to the ground across the world allows us to continuously remain at the forefront of global innovation.
In celebration of our international workforce, we’d like to highlight our Productive Edge Minsk Technology Center. In light of these challenging times that we’re facing as a global community, we sat down with Alexander Shumakov, General Manager of Productive Edge Minsk to discuss the team’s great end to 2019 and how they’ve transitioned into the new realities of 2020.
“We had our New Year’s Party on December 21, 2019,” said Alexander. “It was an awesome event that brought us together for team building and festivities. But our commitments go beyond one another and extend into our community.”
As part of our Productive Edge global community outreach, the Minsk team partakes in regular PE Cares events. Before the New Year, PE Minsk organized a donation collection for disabled children with neurological disorders.
“On December 30, we visited the ‘Children’s Home No. 1’, where these children live and are taken care of,” added Alexander. “We attended their New Year event, in which children took part. Many PE employees participated in organizing donations. Employees of the Children’s Home and the patients were very happy about our help and our visit. It was a great opportunity and it warmed our hearts.”
While the team is now working remotely to maintain social distancing, they are looking forward to an upcoming redesign of our Minsk office space that will coincide with post-COVID reintegration. “We know these have been challenging times for everyone, but we’re excited to get our team physically back together again and to get to do so in an even better workspace,” said Alexander.
